HYATT Hotels ‘Be More Here’ Campaign

Prain Global successfully executed the digital campaign for Hyatt’s ‘Be More Here’ campaign in collaboration with Hyatt’s Asia-Pacific division. The campaign aimed to strengthen Hyatt's brand image as a luxurious yet cozy hotel and increase inbound bookings from Asia, particularly South Korea. The primary goal was to drive membership growth for the 'World of Hyatt' loyalty program and boost hotel booking conversions.

To effectively communicate the essence of Hyatt’s global campaign slogan, ‘Be More Here,’ Prain Global produced a brand film that resonated with Asian audiences to be more “here,” in the moment with Hyatt. This film reinterpreted the brand message through stunning visuals and storytelling, moving away from the typical focus on luxurious facilities like lobbies, suites, and pools. Instead, the video emphasized the transformative power of travel through the unique experiences offered at Hyatt, personally narrated by brand ambassador Seokjin Ha.

South Korean actor Seokjin Ha, known for his witty and sophisticated personality, served as the campaign’s ambassador. The film showcases Seokjin’s personal journey through two distinct Hyatt properties, Andaz Tokyo and Fuji Speedway Hotel, capturing the memorable and transformative moments of his stay. The film illustrates how Hyatt hotels provide not only luxury accommodations but also meaningful change and inspiration throughout a traveler’s journey.

The ‘Be More Here’ brand video was launched across multiple platforms, including Vogue Korea and social media channels such as KakaoTalk, as well as Hyatt’s official Instagram and Facebook pages in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and eight other Asian countries. The campaign achieved over 40 million impressions, and the brand film garnered more than 1 million views. Prain Global further extended the campaign’s reach by partnering with popular character ‘Benny’ to create custom KakaoTalk emoticons and engaging travel influencers for enhanced visibility.

The 'Be More Here' brand film was also nominated in the Hotel & Leisure category at the 2024 Berlin Fashion Film Festival (BFFF), a prestigious international event that celebrates excellence in brand storytelling and visual creativity across the fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and beauty industries.
