Prain Global is responsible for the digital PR of the Macao Government Tourism Office. Macao has been recognized by UNESCO as a Creative City of Gastronomy and is a destination where local vibrancy coexists with the luxury of high-end hotels.

Under the concept of an “Instagram magazine” that covers everything about Macao, we create curated content that combines practical travel information with the unique charm of the city.

With a trend-driven content strategy, we achieved visible results, including a +534% increase in saves and +217% increase in shares in 2024 compared to 2023. Continuing this growth into 2025, we also saw a +3.5% increase in average interactions, +17.0% in likes, and +133.2% in average comments, marking noteworthy progress.

We publish content regularly across various formats—blog posts, Instagram feed images, Reels, and KakaoTalk Plus Friend messages. In addition to our owned channels, we collaborate with external partners such as Risabae and Earth Marble (a popular travel content series) to continuously position Macao as an "Instagrammable" destination offering new and exciting experiences.

To deliver a positive offline experience of Macao, we successfully operated a pop-up store in May 2024 that replicated the streets of Macao. The event attracted a total of 5,490 visitors, generating over 2,000 pieces of SNS user-generated content. In 2025, we further expanded the brand experience by hosting pop-ups at The Hyundai Seoul on opening day and at Travel Mart, enhancing the presence of the Macao brand.
